A forecasted seismic event is set to occur in the Jacksonville geographic region on November 18th and 19th, primarily in the Murray Hill area. We predict the epicenter will materialize at @thewalrusjax, a local vegan nourishment provider and event space.
Forecasters report that this seismic anomaly will result from “banging house beats and techno kick drums” produced via the upgraded & improved 8th Bridge sound system. Locals are advised to seek shelter inside of The Walrus, where our highly specialized DJs will be operating the S.P.E.A.K.R. (Super Projecting Electronic Audio Kreation Reactor). The S.P.E.A.K.R. emits music that is precisely calibrated to offset any destruction resulting from the seismic event.

On September 17th, Rinse and Repeat returns to our favorite funky bar @thewalrusjax 🦭 for another house music extravaganza. We couldn’t be more excited to come together under the disco ball 🪩 and celebrate life with you. ✨
@frankie.nanna will be joining us for the first time in a ~groovy~ b2b with @itsmarklowry, so let’s make sure we show him what Rinse and Repeat is all about.
Popuh - Popuh, the Head of the Papal Society, is 1/4 of R&R and 4/4 in his time signature. Popuh's motto behind the decks is "No Requests, No Prisoners" as he adorns his guests weekly with the best 4/4 sound in Northeast Florida. Expect the unexpected when Popuh is playing.
Lewis ID - It's rumored that if you say Lewis ID in front of a mirror three times techno begins playing. A maestro of musicality, Lewis ID can effortlessly take you from dirty tech to the filthiest of funk all while ensuring the groove never stops.
Mark Lowry - One time while DJing, Mark Lowry had such a hot hand with selecting that he actually melted a CDJ to the point where an insurance claim was needed. The rest is history.
Frankie Nanna - The legend of Frankie Nanna goes that he was born when a semi-truck carrying only speakers and synthesizers was struck by lightning and crashed into a hillside. This electric lovechild then crawled into the woods to be raised by wolves who later taught him how to DJ and produce.

Chuck Bird - Chuck Bird is 50% man, 50% bird, and 100% a good time. Both a VJ and DJ, Chuck Bird knows how to handle the 1s and 2s as well as the RGB.

The Walrus is Jacksonville's neighborhood meeting spot located in the quaint area of Murray Hill. Both a vegan juice bar and nosh-dealer, The Walrus consistently hosts events for synthesizer meetups, LGBTQIA+ parties, stand-up comedy, drag shows, and a variety of other social gatherings. There is ALWAYS something happening at The Walrus.

Being DJs ourselves, we know how much it means for selectors to be able to get into their groove and take you on a journey throughout your evening on the dance floor. Allow us to indulge you with an Extended Set from Berlin legend Jus-Ed on Fri, June 10th at the one-and-only Archetype where our very own Lewis ID will be providing direct support.
Jus-Ed has held residencies at some of Berlin’s largest and most prestigious clubs such as Tresor and Panorama Bar (the upstairs portion of infamous Berghain.) Beloved by the underground community, Jus-Ed was asked to give a 3-hour closing B2B for Boiler Room’s 6th birthday party in 2017. Believe us when we say that you won’t want to miss this party.
